Certified Medical Illustrations, Inc. ships all tangible exhibits via FedEx. Reusable orders ship in 2-3 business days within the contiguous United States. The delivery times to your location are 10:30AM next day, 3:30PM next day or 2nd Day. If time is of the essence please call - we may be able to expedite your delivery.

 

All exhibits are insured in case of damage during shipment. If you receive an order that has been damaged, keep all packaging material and contact FedEx immediately (1-800-GO-FEDEX).

 

Digital files can be emailed (depending on the size of the file) or shipped on a CD/DVD.

 

All sales are final for reusable exhibits. Once the purchase has been completed online, there will be no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits or returns available.

Case-specific illustrations may be cancelled prior to shipping. You will be charged for all work completed to date, including print charges if the exhibits have been printed.
