1. The Proposal

For color enhancements, the following information is needed to create a proposal:

• Preoperative films with reports (actual films or CD format)
  
• Postoperative films with reports (actual films or CD format)
  

If surgical procedures were performed, reports of all diagnostic tests plus pre-operative, intraoperative and post-operative films are necessary. You will be advised if any additional information or reports are needed. If applicable, photos of your client may be required. The normal turn-around time for a proposal is two to three business days.
 
The review, consultation, design and proposal are FREE.
 
By signing the proposal you agree to its terms and conditions. A 50% deposit is required to begin work on the exhibits. The balance, plus printing, shipping costs, and tax, if applicable, will be COD unless an open account has been established.

2. Time for Completion

Case-specific exhibits vary from days to weeks depending upon the complexity of the case and the cooperation of your expert. If needed, an estimated time for completion will be provided upon submission of the proposal.

3. Approvals

Our resident MD reviews all medical illustrations upon completion. Color proofs are then sent to your expert to review. Once accepted, a final copy of the exhibit(s) with your expert's approval will be forwarded to you.

4. Size of Illustrations

Most exhibits for trial are printed 30" x 40", mounted on gator board with a matte laminate. This finish minimizes glare and can be written on ONLY WITH DRY MARK WET ERASE PENS (NO SHARPIES OR REGULAR INK). This is a convenient size to use at trial as well as to transport. These exhibits are shipped in a carrying case inside a shipping carton. Two sets of 8 1/2" x 11" prints are included with your order. Custom sizes are available. Exhibits are also offered in digital format - CD/DVD or via email.

II. Reusable Exhibits

Anatomical and surgical reusable exhibits are available for purchase online. If you are unable to find a specific illustration, email customerservice132@comcast.net or call toll-free 1-888-999-0410 to speak to a representative. New reusable exhibits are added to the online database on a regular basis.
 
We can print your client's name on the exhibit(s) for no additional charge. These exhibits usually ship within 2-3 business days via FedEx. All shipments originate from Lawrenceville, NJ.
